She has helped me reach my goals and stay committed through her positive attitude and interesting workouts. She is very careful to make sure that I never do anything to hurt myself and finds work-arounds for the best sets and combinations for my goals. Christina's friendly, energetic, and positive attitude keeps me motivated beyond our workouts. I often find myself pushing myself throughout the week and during the weekend knowing that I can send her a quick text with my workouts and she'll cheer me on.
